America’s Strongest Man 2008 – The Events!

This year’s America’s Strongest Man will be decided over June 21 & 22 and feature eight grueling events. “We are always looking to innovate, but like to keep our eye on the classics,” said ASC President, Dione Wessels. The America’s Strongest Man contest will take place at the San Diego County Fair in Del Mar, California during the “Summer of Sports.” The events and times are listed on www.sdfair.com.

Saturday June 21st:

· American Max Log 3pm-4pm

· Axle Dead for reps 5pm-6pm

· Freedom Stone for Height 7pm-8pm

Sunday June 22nd:

Press Medley, American Sheild Carry & Patriot Walk Medley (Frame and Farmers) 1pm-4pm

· Yoke and Truck Push & Freedom Stone Load over Bar for Reps 5pm-7pm
